Bliss

Bliss is Marin’s first and only soft-serve shop dedicated to Asian-inspired ice cream. Located at Novato's San Marin Plaza, guests can enjoy koi fish shaped ice cream cones  filled with a twisted swirl of soft serve in the style of taiyaki, a traditional Japanese dessert.

Choose two flavors from an eclectic list, including: taro, ube, and matcha vanilla and have it served in a regular cone, a cup or in the open mouth of a fish waffle cone made in a special griddle. Toppings include: mochi rice cakes, nuts, chocolate wafers, matcha powder, maraschino cherries, berries or mangoes, chocolate or caramel sauce, chocolate chips or other selections.
