Call it good juju, but there’s something about the uniquely shaped wood-burning oven that turns pizza dough into deliciousness each and every time a round is pulled from its crackling confines.
We’re partial to the Palomarin (with boquerones and mushrooms) paired with tossed greens and whatever is on tap at the wide bar. Raw oysters and few other shareables (oven-fired herb bread, fresh mozzarella) round out the menu.
