The Rundown

Situated next to Creek Park in downtown San Anselmo, a sushi-slash-izakaya restaurant from Jukreewat (“Jackie”) Suthon (The Baan Thai) opened its doors in late June.

The streamlined interior, dressed in shades of white, grey and black, points all eyes to the plate. That’s where Shrimp Kakiage, Japanese Hambagu (no translation necessary) and more traditional sushi preparations like Hamachi Goma Aburi, Chriashi Don and a Kuro Nami Roll shine. And if you're craving an adult beverage, wine, beer and sake are available!
