In addition to teaching chocolate making, we now offer French Pâtisserie demonstrations, in-person as well as online.
Each class includes tried and true recipes passed down from master French pastry chefs and taught by our own
French-trained pâtissiere. Our goal is to awaken your inner chocolatier/Pâtissier by empowering you with great
recipes and techniques. You will become the master of creating delicious desserts for your loved ones!
Owner Pooneh Yamini is as passionate about the craft of French pâtisserie and chocolate confectionery as she is dedicated to sharing her knowledge with others. Pooneh specializes in teaching creation of artisanal delicacies through workshops and virtual events. Whether online or in-person, you are sure to make joyful memories in the most delectable way!
