Join Mac's at 19 Broadway for a fun afternoon of Prohibition history + mixologist-guided cocktail lessons

Marcie Miller will divulge exciting tales of Fairfax and bootleggers with a short walk through downtown.

Jeff Burkhart (aka "The Barfly" from the Marin IJ) will then discuss how cocktails have evolved from before Prohibition to after - from the glassware to the liquors that go inside them, as well as the influence of whiskey, scotch, and gin.

Scott Jampol (founder of Sausalito Liquor Co.) will also be on hand to talk about the fantastic storytellers, poets, musicians, and salty characters whose spirit comes through in every sip of Sausalito Liquors' easy sipping whiskeys and gin.

Guests are encouraged to dress in 1930s period outfits.

Following the event ends, enjoy live music by Otis Scarecroe.
