Grab a friend or loved one and relax with Journey Beyond Sound at North Bay Jiu Jitsu (near Hamilton Field) on April 12th.  This dreamy sound bath experience will help harness the special energy of the full moon, which is a time for reflection, growth and renewal.

Attendees will experience very relaxing and meditative sounds featuring live symphonic gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, and various string and tribal instruments designed to promote healing and inner peace. There will be multiple musicians for your journey! This is similar to the Grace Cathedral Sound Bath, as our group trained with the same people.

Attendees are encouraged to arrive early for enjoy some tea, mingle, and find their spot.
