Petaluma's Butter & Eggs Day Parade and Festival returns on Saturday, April 20th. This year's theme is Greener Pastures: Sustaining Petaluma's Future (celebrating Petaluma’s march towards a brighter, eco-conscious tomorrow).
The iconic parade and family-friendly festival, now in its 41st year, is expected to have over 100 units with approximately 3,000 participants and 200 volunteers. The Festival is a feast for the entire family offering a wide variety of festival foods, crafts, arts, two large “kid areas,” and so much more all spread over four city blocks.
The Parade kicks off at noon and will march through the historic downtown, surrounded by a festival of fun and activities from 10am to 5pm.
Clover Sonoma will return to lead the Clover Kids’ Parade, which precedes the main parade at 11:30 am with a procession of preschoolers and primary grade youngsters and their families.
