On Saturday, Oct. 26th at 6pm, the “Caviar Masterclass” will be led by The Caviar Co.’s very own Executive Chef Jermey Jarman and founder Petra Higby. The intimate evening will take place at The Caviar Co. Champagne Lounge and spotlight five different caviars, each served with a delectable and unexpected canapé. Guests will learn about the range of flavors and textures the delicacy offers, the history of caviar and more from Petra who has spent over a decade in the industry. Chef Jeremy will also treat guests to a live demonstration of the creation of caviar bites, sharing tips and techniques to help them recreate and impress at home. To top off the evening, each caviar bite will be paired with exceptional champagnes from Telmont fine wines.
