Petite Left Bank will host a Flowers Vineyards & Winery Winemaker Dinner on Thursday, November 9th. Guests will be able to enjoy a $175 five-course culinary journey prepared by Chef Brandon Breazeale that beautifully complements acclaimed winemaker Chantal Forthum’s Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wine pairings.
The evening will begin with a refreshing rosé reception.
1st Course: Fuyu Persimmon Carpaccio with a fennel and herb salad, pomegranate, sherry vinaigrette, and Estero Gold cheese paired with a Rosé, Sonoma Coast 2022
2nd Course: Kampachi Crudo with Asian pear, yuzu sabayon, Meyer lemon, trout roe, and olive oil with a Chardonnay, Sonoma Coast 2023
3rd Course: Agnolotti with chestnut, pumpkin, kale, saba vinegar, and ricotta and a Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast 2021
4th Course: Liberty Duck, roast breast, with leg confit croquette, root vegetables, honey, and coriander glaze with a Pinot Noir, Sea View Ridge 2021
Dessert: Chocolate Pot de Creme with crème fraiche, quinoa brittle, and coffee service.
