Petite Left Bank in Tiburon will host a Frank Family Vineyards Wine Dinner on Thursday, October 12 beginning at 6PM. Guests will be able to enjoy a $175 six-course wine paired menu orchestrated by renowned Master Sommelier Gillian Balance and prepared by Chef Brandon Breazeale. The transcendent evening will begin with hors d’oeuvres and a Blanc de Blancs, Carneros 2016.

1st course - Butter Poached Marin Miyagi Oyster with apple mignonette and caviar paired with a Chardonnay, Carneros 2022
2nd Course: Deconstructed Fig Salad with golden beets, goat cheese, watercress, and pomegranate vinaigrette and a Pinot Noir, Carneros 2021 3rd Course:Tagliatelle with chanterelles, cured egg yolk, and shaved black truffle with a Zinfandel, Napa Valley 2019
4th Course: Filet Mignon with oxtail sauce and potato fondant with a Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley 2019.
5th Course: Cocoa Cardona cheese will be paired with a Merlot, Napa Valley 2018
Dessert: Chocolate Souffle with crème Anglaise + coffee service.
