Left Bank Brasserie is celebrating the St. Vincent Wine Festival from Friday, January 26 through Sunday, January 28. In the spirit of the famous "Saint-Vincent Tournant" of Burgundy toasting the patron saint of winemakers, Left Bank Brasserie brings the festivities to the Bay Area with a pairing of classical Beef Bourguignon (a masterpiece of slow-cooked beef and velvety red wine reduction) and the distinguished Vincent Girardin, Santenay, "Terre d'Enfance" 2019. Crafted by the renowned winemaker Vincent Girardin, this wine beautifully complements the dish with its luscious red fruit notes and subtle earthy undertones, embodying the finesse of Burgundy.
