Liquid Sky, the Bay Area's premier Jimi Hendrix tribute band, is coming to Mac's at 19 Broadway on Friday, February 28th.

Founder/Frontman Fred Mabunga formed Liquid Sky in 2011 out of the love and passion for Jimi's music. Catch them live and you'll hear all the hits such as Fire, Red House, Voo Doo Child, and Purple Haze, but if you can catch one of their more lengthy sets you'll hear the deeper cuts such as Burning of the Midnight Lamp, Little Miss Lover, Dolly Dagger, Freedom and rarities that will satisfy even the hardest core Hendrix fans. It’s always a new experience every time they play together, because the current line up thrives on improve and playing in the moment. It’s all about creating a vibe.
