Wednesday nights belong to local talent as Open Mic Night returns to the Session Room at HopMonk Novato, with Undercover Saints stepping in as the featured act. Host Dennis Haneda keeps the evening moving as singers, songwriters, and full bands take turns in the spotlight.

Each performer gets two songs or about eight minutes, and bands are welcome too, since the house provides a drum kit and a full keyboard. Around 8 PM, Undercover Saints take over for a featured set before the open stage keeps rolling. It's an easygoing, all-ages night to try out new material, cheer on your neighbors, or just enjoy a pint and some live music.

Sign-ups happen in person at 6 PM, music starts at 6:30 PM, and the night wraps around 10 PM. There's no cover, so bring friends and come early if you want a slot.
