P.A.I.N.T. Art Collective presents Grafdoodles, the colorful drawings of Bay Artist Joe Dou Draw. The exhibit runs from March 20 - April 12 in Sausaltio. Join them for the Artist's Reception on Friday March 20th (5pm -7pm).
ABOUT THE ARTIST:
Through the use of markers, paper and astute observation, Joe Dou Draw creates a very personal translation of pop culture with his explosive drawing style and direct honesty. Inspired by music, comics and popular imagery the resulting pop art symbolizes the profuse energy we are influenced by every day. Its the combination of graf messaging and character doodles that record our complex relationship with the culture we live in.
