Stoo Odom and Roger Kunkel first played together in the seminal indie/psych-rock group Thin White Rope. The group became an influential "cult" band in the '80s and '90s, attracting bands like Nirvana, Modest Mouse, and Lydia Lunch as some of their most ardent fans.
Just guitar, upright bass, and Stoo’s vocal, it’s about 1/3 composed and the rest improvised, de-tuned, and all from the Id. And it’s about dogs.
