1st Course: Fuyu Persimmon Salad ($15) endive, arugula, pomegranate,  sherry vinaigrette

2nd Course: Butternut Squash Soup ($14) with crème fraîche, chives, 

roasted pumpkin seeds

Main Course: (choice of)

-- Natural Roasted Turkey ($38) with yukon Gold mashed potatoes, 

traditional stuffing, Brussels sprouts with lardons, giblet gravy, 

orange cranberry relish

-- Butternut Squash Ravioli ($26) with Brussels sprouts, butternut squash, pomegranate, lemon beurre blanc

-- Grilled Pork Chop ($32) with spicy white bean and red pepper cassoulet, sautéed kale, Madeira pork reduction, fines herbes
