Discover unique flavors, enjoy the vibrant atmosphere, and explore the heart of the city while tasting your way through a wide variety of craft beverages. Participants will receive a glass and a map with all the different tasting locations. Get ready for a lively weekend of Irish music, dancing, and good old-fashioned fun as the Fairfax Irish Festival returns October 16–18!
Some of the Bay Area’s finest Irish musicians and dancers will take over downtown Fairfax, filling local bars, restaurants, shops, and gathering spots with spirited jigs, reels, hornpipes, polkas, waltzes, and traditional Irish tunes.
The three-day celebration features live performances, lively jam sessions, and plenty of toe-tapping fun at eight venues, including Peri’s Bar, Nave’s Bar, Wu Wei Tea Temple, Sorella Cafe, Revolution 9, Sonas Denim, Barefoot Cafe, and the Fairfax Pavilion. All venues are within walking distance, making it easy to hop from one performance to the next. Most locations are family-friendly, too!

Set sail for an evening of elegance, fine dining and music at Cruising Through the Decades, the Rotary Club of Novato Sunrise's biggest fundraiser of the year, this Saturday at 5:30pm.
The party takes over the hall at the Greek Orthodox Church in Novato, where guests are greeted with a glass of champagne before settling in for appetizers, a sit-down dinner and complimentary wine. From there, the soundtrack takes a spin through everyone's favorite hits from the past several decades, so come ready to sing along and hit the dance floor.

Do it: a Bay Area master dance artist offers an interactive introduction to their movement tradition, sharing gestures, ideas, and embodied knowledge.

Talk it: a short audience talk-back brings the audience together to explore the film, its themes, and the cultural traditions behind it.
