There's a new chef in town! Chef Jessette studied at the Instituto de Barilla in Italy where she learned the techniques of authentic cheese-making, charcuterie, and Italian cuisine.
Over the years, she has worked at a number of prestigious restaurants, including ~VaDaVie in Walnut Creek, Michael Mina’s RN74 in San Francisco, and Iron Chef in downtown Napa.
She was the sous chef at the legendary Riot House in West Hollywood, and most recently she served as sous chef at RH Restaurant in Yountville before taking the helm of Gravity Tavern's kitchen this year.
With a talent for uniting eastern and western flavors, French plating, and creating cuisine using only the best ingredients, Chef Jessette serves as a model for creativity, hard work, dedication, and pride for her mixed European and Filipino heritage.
