The landmark Paseo Bistro is celebrating over 75t years in downtown Mill Valley. The restaurant's New American menu sticks closely to seasonal, naturally harvested and locally sourced ingredients from the area’s best artisans, growers and producers.
The Paseo Bistro dinner menu includes small plates, salads, entrées and desserts. Among the highlights are the Tuna Tartare, Squid Ink Linguini and Devil's Gulch Pork Chop.
The restaurant’s wine program focuses on Californian terroir and has about 120 selections, of which 20 are available by the glass. Their cocktail program showcases the classics as well as a produce driven, seasonal take on modern craft libations.
Paseo Bistro's ambience evokes a sophisticated and intimate, rustic feel with natural light from ceiling to floor windows, exposed wood-beamed ceilings, brick wall facings throughout, globe lighting fixtures reminiscent of European bistros, as well as two alfresco patio seating options and multiple wood-burning fireplaces.
