Word is out that their dog-friendly patio is the ideal setting for people-watching while enjoying a French waffle (served with American maple syrup) and/or Croque Madame sandwich (topped with a sunny side up egg). Locals and tourists can be found at supper, too, partaking of plates of choucroute de la mer, steak frites with bearnaise sauce, and heaping bowls of mussels in classic marinière or more modern romesco style.
Inside, petite bistro tables and chairs frame a wraparound bar, the perfect spot for enjoying an espresso, Lillet Rose Spritz or Pink Bellini (with strawberry purée) and a Salade de Chevre Chaud or roasted bone marrow with escargot.
