Billed as Pacific Rim cuisine and serving breakfast, brunch and lunch, the menu at this casual downtown San Rafael eatery serves zhushed up American diner classics alongside dishes
inspired by the Asian diaspora.
Buttermilk-fried chicken sits atop a warm croffle, a breakfast sandwich is stuffed with egg, sausage and cheese on an English muffin, and a Marin Bowl is oatmeal paired with chia, cacao nibs and plant-based yogurt. There’s a Southern Cal omelet with chorizo and avocado, and one with spicy tom yum sauce and shrimp. A full menu of egg Benedict’s skews western (Florentine, crab) but rice plates, like Spicy Basil Chicken and Hawaiian Loco Moco and a BBQ Pork Banh Mi span the Pacific’s waters, pulling flavors from Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam.
Purple-hued Ube Latte gets all the Instagram love but a full coffee menu and cocktails like a Lycheetini and Bloody Mary are available at the bar, too.
