Paella is one of Spain’s most well-known and favorite dishes. The dish takes its name from the wide, shallow traditional pan used to cook the dish on an open fire, paella being the word for a frying pan in the Catalan language. And on Sunday, June 30th, Cavallo Point's Cooking School will teach you how to create your own paella party at home.
