KC Turner Presents Dale Watson and His Lone Stars with opener Jenny Kerr Band on Sunday, August 23rd as part of HopMonk's 13th Annual Cookout Concert Series.

Dale Watson is a true living legend of honky-tonk, outlaw country, western swing, and rockabilly — a singer, songwriter, guitarist, producer, actor, and cultural architect who has spent four decades championing American roots music traditions. His signature sound, dubbed 'Ameripolitan,' is as authentic as it gets, and his latest album 'Unwanted' delivers a double-barreled shotgun blast of country twang and honky-tonk bang. The all-ages show is held mostly standing on ground level, with limited seating on the lawn and top of the hill.
