Gravity Tavern is serving up festive flair this Easter with limited-time Wellington specials and a decadent dessert that’s sure to impress.

From 12pm - 5pm, guests can choose between:

• Ham, Maitake Mushroom & Aged White Cheddar Wellington with Bloomsdale spinach and Mornay sauce ($21)
• A colorful Spring Vegetable Wellington featuring Delta asparagus, hen-of-the-woods mushrooms, rainbow cabbage, and Gruyere ($19)
• Carajillo Carrot Cake—a chocolate-glazed twist on Brazilian carrot cake($12)

Gravity will also be offering its Prime Rib Supper from 5pm - Close. This 3-course meal comes with creamed spinach, potato puree, horseradish cream, roasted garlic jus.
