Paseo: A California Bistro is celebrating Thanksgiving with a three-course prix fixe dinner on Thursday, November 23rd.
Priced at $90 per person, guests will be able to enjoy a memorable meal from Chef Sylvain Montassier. There will be vegetarian options and a $25.00 plate for children.
The holiday prix fixe epitomizes the restaurant’s commitment to using seasonal, naturally harvested and/or locally sourced ingredients often from the area’s best artisans, growers, and producers.
Appetizer - Roasted Butternut Squash Velouté with Fiscalini cheddar and sage panna cotta, and honey-glazed macadamia nuts
