Sunday afternoons just got a lot tastier in Mill Valley! Madrona Bakery is now serving wood-fired pizzas every Sunday from noon to about 2pm.
The pies come from David Torres, Madrona's head bread baker, who used to run pizza nights at The Mill in San Francisco. His style lands somewhere between Neapolitan and New York, with big slices, a bubbly crust, and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt underneath.
Choose between a classic margherita and a seasonal rotating pie, available by the slice or the whole pie. There are no pre-orders: just order in the shop, and your pizza comes fresh out of the oven in about 20 minutes.
Madrona also pours a curated selection of beer and wine, or grab a whole pie to enjoy at the Depot or Old Mill Park.
