Recommendation #3
Cavallo Point

Cavallo Point's Oktoberfest is the grand finale of their Summer BBQ Series.

Let the rich flavors transport you to the heart of Germany with every bite as you sink your teeth into grilled bratwurst topped with tangy sauerkraut, succulent grilled chicken and savory German vegan meatballs for that authentic Oktoberfest experience. The celebration would not be complete without a side of German potato salad and other delicious sides, perfectly seasoned to complement the flavors of the grill.

There will be a fantastic selection of craft beer and wine available for purchase, plus the sounds of Tim Weed & Friends to keep things festive. A special kids' menu will also be available, plus a pumpkin decorating activity to celebrate the Halloween spirit!

Grownups can embark on an artisan marketplace adventure, where you can shop and support several talented local vendors, including Christina Choi Cosmetics, Caitlin Greene Jewelry, Ellie’s Essential Blends, 8 Days Botanicals, and more!

Tickets: $45 (advance); $60 (at the door); $15 (Kids 12 and under)

Trailhead

Get ready for a BBQ oyster and wine weekend in Novato!

Ok, so maybe it's not a traditional German festival, but Trailhead is hosting an Oystoberfest this Saturday & Sunday.

$35 gets you 6 oysters and a 3-wine flight! There will also be live music while you sip and slurp.

So put on your lederhosen (if you want to stand out)... or, just dress nice and enjoy a little wine country-ish vibe with friends and neighbors.

***

RSVPS not required. However, you can pre-order food/wine tickets on Trailhead's website.
