Northern California’s outlaw music bards bring a reputation for high-energy live shows and an incomparable fusion of bluegrass/old time, southern rock, and old school jam to stages and festivals worldwide. Poor Man's Whiskey has built a massive following by selling out legendary venues like the Fillmore in SF, and their 'High-Octane Hootenanny' is the real deal — a ragged, spontaneous beast pulling from deep wells of story-telling originals, expertly crafted covers, and zany on-stage shenanigans. With 6 studio albums and a stunning repertoire, PMW keeps every show fresh and exciting. They've also developed special late-night 'tribute sets' featuring bluegrass/Americana twists on Pink Floyd, Paul Simon, Allman Brothers Band, and Kate Wolf.

Playwright Sharr White transports late Marin photographer Larry Sultan’s landmark photo memoir to the stage. In this moving and theatrically inventive work, Sultan turns the lens on his parents, wrestling with generational differences to shed new light on the past. Travelling over a decade from his Greenbrae home to his parents’ stylish tract house in the San Fernando Valley, Sultan seeks the truth behind his memories, searching for a deeper understanding of both his parents and himself through interviews and photography. This captivating and poignant adaptation breathes life into a portrait of a man’s undying love for his parents.
