From salsa and zydeco to blues, Americana, Hawaiian music, opera, folk, and rock, this year’s lineup offers something for everyone. The concert series kicks off this Thursday with Edgardo Cambon and his world-class mix of salsa, cha cha cha, and spicy Latin beats.

Lawn seating is free of charge on a first-come basis. Food as well as alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. Guests are permitted to bring their own food and beverages to the park.

Shoplifters United, the Bay Area's premier tribute to The Smiths, return to Sweetwater this Saturday.

Shoplifters United bring to life the brilliant songs of legendary group The Smiths with an energetic live show and highly accurate sonic recreations of beloved album tracks and deep cuts. The Smiths are regarded as one of the most influential and important British rock groups to emerge from the 1980s. From Morrissey’s lyrical poetry to the inspired musicianship of Johnny Marr, Andy Rourke, and Mike Joyce, their influence can be heard throughout popular music for decades since and yet their sound is still unique and timeless. Great care has been taken to emulate the sound on those classic Smiths records down to every note and groove.
Opening the show is Just Like Heaven, a terrific tribute to The Cure.
