Make it a Tuesday night to remember as KC Turner presents matt pond PA and Anya Marina in HopMonk Novato's intimate Session Room. It's a night of melodic indie rock and thoughtful songwriting, made for listening up close.
Born in Philadelphia and now based in New York's Hudson Valley, matt pond PA has built a catalog of 13 albums, most recently The Natural Lines, with longtime collaborators Chris Hansen and cellist Hilary James helping shape the band's warm, layered sound. Expect songs about love, connection, and memory that hit right in the heart. Singer-songwriter Anya Marina joins the bill with her own sharp, charming brand of indie pop. The room is partially seated, and this one is 21+. Doors open at 7 PM and the show starts at 8 PM, so grab your tickets early for this intimate double bill.
