Why it's here: Fiesta Hour every single day, and it runs until close on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Flores is the rare spot where happy hour never takes a day off. Wednesday through Sunday, Fiesta Hour runs 3pm to 6pm, and on Mondays and Tuesdays the deals last all the way to close, which makes it our go-to answer to "where should we eat on a Tuesday?"
Classic margaritas are $10 a glass or $38 a pitcher, and the La Rosa Mexicana (Mexican gin, tonic and viola flower) is $9. Pacifico and Negra Modelo drafts are $6, IPAs are $7, and sangria, micheladas and La Cokita are $8. The Tres Amigos ($12) lines up a tequila shot, sangrita and a Pacifico.
On the food side, chips and salsa are $3, crispy chicharrones with Cholula are $4, and guacamole is $10. Chorizo-potato flautas, carnitas tostadas, nachos and bean sopes are $10 each.
Insider tip: Fiesta Hour is dine-in only, so plan to stay a while.
Why it's here: A different made-from-scratch special every night of the week.
Boca's wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas get the attention, but the nightly specials are the reason regulars keep coming back: eggplant parmesan on Monday, shrimp risotto on Tuesday, fettuccine pescatore with clams, mussels, prawns and calamari on Wednesday, linguine with mussels on Thursday, spaghetti pomodoro with gulf prawns on Friday, chicken Florentine on Saturday and house-made lasagna on Sunday.
Weekday happy hour is a solid deal too: $9.80 cocktails like the Basil Gimlet and Pomegranate Lemonade, $5.60 drafts, $6.30 wine by the glass, and bites like truffle mac & cheese ($9.10), meatballs with grilled bread ($11.20) and a fresh mozzarella pizzetta ($14).
Why it's here: Aloha Hour seven days a week, plus a $6 Mai Tai for wearing your aloha shirt on Fridays.
Pacific Catch's Aloha Hour runs every day: 3pm to 6pm on weekdays and 3pm to 5pm on weekends. Tropical cocktails, including the Mai Tai, Guava-Rita, Spicy Pacific and the prosecco-topped Shark Fin, are $9, and margaritas and Mai Tais also come by the pitcher for the table.
The share plates turn it into a meal: coconut shrimp, Korean-style sticky ribs, guaca-poke, Thai brussels sprouts, Baja fish tacos and spicy tuna rolls.
Aloha Friday: Show up in an aloha shirt on Friday and your first Mai Tai is $6.
Why it's here: Winemaker-poured tastings on Friday nights in Old Corte Madera Square.
On most Friday nights from 6pm to 8pm, Zinz invites a boutique winemaker to pour five to eight wines they're excited about. It's $18 per person and free for Zinz Wine Club members, and it's one of the easiest ways in Marin to meet the people who actually make the wine.
Happy hour runs Tuesday through Friday from 5pm to 7pm, and on scheduled Saturday evenings the bar brings in local musicians. Check Zinz's Facebook page for this week's tasting and music lineup.
Why it's here: $9 Italian cocktails and $14 pizzas at the bar, every weekday.
Il Fornaio's bar happy hour runs Monday through Friday from 3pm to 6pm. Italian and local wines are $8, beers are $7, and cocktails like the Tuscan Sunset, Margarita Verde and Italian Old Fashioned are $9.
Pair them with fritto misto ($14), polpettine ($13), assorted bruschette ($10), or a Margherita or hot honey Calabrese pizza ($14). It's the perfect reward after a Town Center shopping run.
Why it's here: $15 bottomless mimosas with a Scandinavian-accented breakfast.
Every weekend, Lighthouse Cafe pours bottomless mimosas for $15. Pair them with the Norwegian omelette with smoked salmon, fruit pancakes, eggs Benedict or Danish meatballs, the dishes that made the original Sausalito cafe a favorite more than 30 years ago.
The kitchen is open daily from 7am to 3pm, so plan on a lazy late breakfast or lunch.
Why it's here: Three street tacos for $11.50 every Tuesday.
Taco Tuesday at Kito's is one of the best lunch deals in old town Corte Madera. Three street tacos are $11.50, and you can mix and match carne asada, chicken, carnitas, al pastor or veggie. Each comes topped with fresh onions and cilantro, with red and green salsas on the side. Cold Tecate cans are discounted too.
Kito's is inspired by owner Tommy's grandmother, "Gramma Kito," and Chef Billy brings Yucatán roots to the kitchen. Come back another day for the Yucatán-style quesadillas.
Insider tip: Kito's is closed on Wednesdays, so don't let Tuesday slip by.
Why it's here: A weekday bar happy hour drawn from a 250-item menu.
The Cheesecake Factory at the Village at Corte Madera runs happy hour in the bar area Monday through Friday from 4pm to 6pm. Expect discounted appetizers and small plates, plus deals on wine, draft and bottled beer, and cocktails like mojitos and margaritas.
It's an easy post-shopping stop, with free parking right outside. If the weekend is more your speed, brunch is served Saturday and Sunday until 2pm.
Insider tip: The full menu is served at the bar, so you can stay for dinner without moving seats. Save room for a slice of cheesecake.
