It all started over 20 years ago, when Annette and Gerner Andresen (Denmark natives) opened the Lighthouse Cafe in Sausalito. The cafe quickly became famous for its breakfast and lunch, with American classics like good old-fashioned hamburgers and a great selection of omelettes, along with Scandinavian classics like Danish meatballs or Norwegian salmon.
